My SeAsOn PaSs On CoD adVaNcEd WaRfArE won't let me download the gorge map dlc. Says ...

I purchased the season pass before the game came out. Once I eventually got my game I had played it a while then tried to download the extra dlc map. But on the store and the map says bundle only. I had tried in game but it wasn't available. I left
this for a while as i assumed it would be rectified shortly thereafter. It was not and it still shows bundle only today. I went on the game store in game and it for the first time said a previous redemption I can download this map. I put yes and it went right
back to the store with the same detail about bundle only.



Is there a way of getting this sorted or at least others who are in the same boat. I've read a few on here and on activision site but nothing in terms of it being handled by anyone from within the company or technical department.



I have taken photos of my season pass purchase and the screens it shows telling me it's only for a bundle copy. I do think this is a silly yet simple error to correct and have seen a fair few same comments about this very problem. Many of which was
digital pro edition but mine is the disc version.



Many thanks I'd any help can be sorted. I hope it doesn't do this when the dlc maps are released also

AW Season pass not working

I am getting the exact same thing, have the season pass installed but the game tries to charge me for the Havoc DLC. Also, the game prompts me to download the Atlas Gorge map I am eligible for, yet when it takes me to the store it just says "bundle only"...

i didnt get the prompt to download the gorge map days after installing the CODAW season pass

 

I didn't at first. It's only when I played it again after a few weeks it did an update then when I went to the store in game it prompted me. It still won't give me the map
