    My Season Pass has Dissapeared! Help!


    Hello, I have recently bought an xbox, for I had sold mine a while back (around July, 2016) and at that time I had the season pass. Now, 12-27-16, it tells me I only own the Automatron DLC. I even have the achievements for completing the Far Harbour DLC,
    but it still says I don't have the season pass. If you would like to check my account for said achievements, my Gamer-tag is "". Have a nice day!

    Got the fallout 4 Xbox one bundle and can't find the season pass code. Please help!

    cant find the code for the season pass anywhere it's not in the box or the game case am I missing something or has it dissapeared.

    Gears of War 4 Season Pass Activated/ Airdrop Missing

    Hello,

    On 11/9/16 I purchased and activated a Gears of War 4 season pass. My season pass activated, I received the maps dry dock and checkout, and the Vintage JD booster. My starter airdrop arrived and was in my "unopened packs". I powered down my console, a day
    later I logged on and all of my starter airdrop packs that were unopened disappeared. It now says I have 0 unopened packs. After contacting xbox support several time, [Mod Removed] and posting to the official gears of war site, I am still missing my content
    and have no resolution. My gamertag is

    You can see gears of war 4 season pass is activated and I do have an xbox live gold membership. Please help! The tech that was helping me has dissapeared on me and am still seeking support.

    Content doesnt dissapear, u have it forever. The season pass itself has a time limit, meaning the season pass could be unavailable to be purchased after that time limit. You also have to get the dlc for the season pass within that time limit, you wont loose
    anything if you have installed it.

    Yep. Sometimes I mix up the two. Go to the Games and Apps section and scroll all the way to the right till you get to Read to Download. If it's not listed there or in the Apps section then use the instruction I provided in my first post.

    Onyx, those steps are for Xbox 360. It appears we're talking about Xbox One. (It's the X1 forums after all.)

    Not necessarily. If you believe it to be on your console then you can always check your download history. On the console go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to see if it's there to download. If it isn't then follow my instructions posted above for
    more assistance.
