    Provide more information. What game is that? What error message are you getting?

    How about installing the game to the internal drive and then moving it to the Seagate?

    External drives for the XBox One X

    Seagate external drives are really good for more space. I personally use Seagate on my computer and it is really good to have.

    With my Seagate 4TB, Can I moved the games to from my Uncle's Internal Hard Drive to my Seagate 4TB External Hard Drive & still play them without purchasing?

    Also have you tried another 3.0 cables, i know some of the cables seagate supply with HDD are actually rubbish, i had to by two to find one that worled with my extranl seagate HDD.
