My Seagate 6 terabyte hard drive won’t connect to my Xbox

Hello all just yesterday my hard drive has stopped working ive tried basically everything thrag includes everything on the trouble shooting page i have no ides what to do and need some help.

Try connecting your drive back up to the PC and see if the PC sees it. If so while it is unplugged from the console repeat the hard reset on the console. Once the reset os complete plug the drive back into the console and restart it. If that doesn’t work
then you may need to reformat the drive and try again.

I have the same issue as well. Have you tried switching the connector cords?

I already did that and it didnt work

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

Sorry to hear you're having download troubles. To check, what type of storage device are you using?

I use a Seagate external 2 gig hard drive to download all of my games on

2 terabyte hard drive* my fault
