My screen is turning black when I load into madden 24

The strangest thing about this problem is that it only happens with this game, so it could be that the game has a corrupt file that is causing this problem. The last solution would be to delete the entire game save to see if this solves the problem.

Before deleting, you can make a backup so as not to lose your progress.

I did perform this step prior to your response and the issue still persists

Hoping to help from prior experience, depending on if you are using a power strip for your xbox or extension cord, if your xbox is plugged into a power strip (not directly into the wall), try plugging it directly into the wall instead.
