    make sure the HDMI isn't loose or old, you may need to buy a new HDMI if you are using an old one but for starters I would make sure its fully connected on both ends...

    How often does this occur? I've had my screen go blank or blue in my case (tv setting) and have always used my TV remote to turn it off and back on, which restores the screen.

    But it's a rare occurrence.

    Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until
    it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the game.
    It may work for you :D.
