    Whenever I get on it keeps saying Hi and my name and it gets in the way of my games and just stays there

    I fixed my glitched achievements by going to the inventory screen , going along to the ghost and select log out , switch profile , log back in and select guardian , popped my "glitched" chevo's

    Does this occur after a power cycle? Try pressing and holding the power button until the console fully powers down, and boot back up to see if it continues. If it does, try a

    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console     by selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps'.

    Really long loading times

    It's the DLC, it seems that somethings weren't accounted for in the beta...such as bugs, glitches, and the nearly unbearable loading screens. I myself ran into a game breaking glitch where my screen/xbox crashes/freezes.

    Regarding glitches, my friend and I ran into a "Quest Screen Glitch" a couple of times now. The glitch causes you to get stuck on the "Quests Screen", and we haven't figured out a way to get out. The music will still play but you won't be able to exit or
    move your cursors.
