My Screen is Frozen

My screen is frozen on destiny. I was at the tower and was trying to go to orbit and then it froze. I tried "hard" restarting my console by holding the power button down for approx. 10 secs. Upon turning my xbox one back on the screen was still at the destiny
screen it was previously at, but it was making the sounds of the dashboard as the xbox normally does upon restarting or powering on. I proceeded to unplug my xbox completely and wait a few minutes and the same thing happened. I THEN tried to put in another
game and I could hear the game start its intro but I will let you guess where the screen was still at. If you guessed destiny, well you are unfortunately for me, correct. Does ANYONE have ANY advice for me.

Sorry to hear it. Are you able to highlight the game and press the Start button then choose Quit to see if that works?

If not try going to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from it for 5 minutes.

If that doesn't work then you may need to set up a repair of the console.
