    My save files are missing!


    I had loaded up my game today (3/31/2018) and was hoping to play on my hunters, but when i loaded up the game it said there was an issue with my save files. My characters had been wiped and I was forced to make a temporary low character. I have all my achievements
    still, but both of my hunters with about 20-30 hours each have been deleted. If anyone can help me in recovering my hunters it would be greatly appreciated.

    My save files are gone

    I've had this happen to me with dr3 and forza 5, all my save files have just randomly gone!

    Yesterday I was playing Battlefield 4 and my internet (not xbox live) disconnected for some reason, I turned off the router and got it working again but I noticed in my home page the Dead Rising 3 tile was 50% queued, I pressed A on it to resume installation
    (i thought it was downloading the update for it) but it didn't do anything so I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it but my save file was gone. Anytime I pressed continue or select chapter it said "Unable to load save. Please wait for the installation to
    finish". It wasn't only DR3 but my BF4 single player progress was also lost. Any help on recovering my save files?

    I am sorry but I am afraid your save files are gone. When you delete your profile you are given 2 options

    1: Delete profile along with all data associated with the profile

    2: Delete profile only

    -

    If you did not do it correctly the save files were deleted, i am sorry to say.

    -

    If I recall correctly there is nothing you can do to get them back.

    Hi,

    Fear not, your progress is saved in the cloud. Your save files are also stored on the console itself.

    If a save is missing it will be synced.
