My save file with my game in The sims 4 disappeared.

If she's been signed into Live while playing, her saves are stored on the cloud. She would just need to be signed into the same account and the save will resync when she starts the game.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are seeking a way to transfer save data across multiple platforms.

You save data is automatically synced up to the Cloud storage. Essentially, every time you quit your game, you are syncing your save data, and this goes with you everywhere you go.

As long as you know the email and password to the account you got all the progress on, you should just be able to add this account to another console, and launch the game. If you are connected to Xbox Live, your save data will sync automatically.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on transferring memory. Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer game files/game progress between any accounts.

In order to pick up where she was last, she would have to play on your account, or you would she would have to start from scratch.

If you are using the same account it will be cloud saved and will pull automatically.

You can also choose to load it on an external USB or HDD through the Manage Game & Add-On page and then copy or move the save data from there to your external device.
