Did not get a Free Rocket League code w/3 month Xbox Live Gold

Hello, I did not receive a code for my free copy of Rocket League when I purchased a 3 month Xbox Live Gold membership on June 17th 2017. I have talked to support and they told me to post here, my support code is 1397156954. My gamertag is Hate6661.

Rocket League and Minecraft promo

Hello

As many users have posted in this forum I have not yet received my code for rocket league after signing up for 3 months live. BUT that is not the issue. I understand that they will email/message the code by July 31st.

When I purchased 3mos xbox live via the console, the promo that appeared was for Minecraft. I talked to xbox support (chat), and they told me that I should receive codes for both games. Is there any truth to what the rep told me?
It seems odd to claim 2 promos at once, but that was what I was told. I have everything screen shotted (screenshot? past tense...). Also, I wouldn't mind only receiving rocket league because I would probably never play minecraft. It would suck if I didn't
receive rocket league tho...

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately you were sent here in error. As your issue seems to be an in game issue you'll need to contact the developers for more assistance.

I contacted support and he guy told me we will get both games and minecraft should be delivered by July 31. I'm extremely skeptical about this but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Will surely be contacting them again come July 31st.

Yeah he's absolutely wrong. I've seen people who went for the Rocket League deal saying they accidentally received a Minecraft key. There was nothing on the dashboard about getting Rocket League, for us UK people, so support is amazingly incorrect. I'm going
to contact support regardless.
