My roblox is not updating to the new update that is on the Xbox series X, what do I do?

I am very sorry to know that after the Xbox update your Roblox game does not update, with the intention of helping you I am going to suggest that you take some steps to try to solve this problem:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss any saved games or files.

When prompted to extract settings from an old Xbox, type no.

You will have to log in to your accounts again, that's all and try updating Roblox to see if it updates.

how do i update roblox for xbox series s?

My new Xbox Series X is doing the exact same thing! It only seems to be happening when it's downloading. When it installs the update, it gets quiet again. It's really annoying!

So I just updated my PC, checked the USB drivers, updated the elite controller, and cable tested but not sure how to see if the Xbox companion is updated or even do an update but everything looks good. I also connected my normal Xbox X series controller to my PC with the same cable and it's working fine, I'm having no issues with the LB button or any other buttons for that matter... Maybe I'm not noticing the issue when I use the elite controller on my Xbox series X. Might be an issue with the controller but I'm not sure what else there is to do before requesting a repair from microsoft.
