My rewards was de rank still didnt get my rewards from september

should of followed my mind and never pre-order those 5 games cuz I knew a problem would occur ..... I knew my account had a problem wen I was at rank 2 67% now it's at rank 1 again for some reason IDK ......support said it was rewarding me from a pre-order
from early this year .....where 17 days in to this month notice didn't get no % back didn't get my rank 2 rewards for being one......didn't get money back for pre-orders I've made ..... I was a vip member back in the day was here from the
beginning but I had to opt-out because of a problem so I lost my 5 year rank probably would been a rank 5 by now ..........I need you to really look into this it's been way to long for people to be still getting problems like this

Ranks reset each year, normally on September 1 but they extended it to reset on January 1 this year.

So your still stealing money from us should have know rewards program will screw us over

Absolutely true! I've lost about 80% I spent a lot of money to earn that rank.. this is the most disgusting example of greed from a big company i've ever seen! And I won't be trying to rank up in future.. I feel robbed.. I didn't get any warning saying my
rank will be pulled from under my feet on Jan 1St when I made my digital purchases.. xbox rewards can go to ****, you thieving, underhanded scum.

Absolutely true! I've lost about 80% I spent a lot of money to earn that rank.. this is the most disgusting example of greed from a big company i've ever seen! And I won't be trying to rank up in future.. I feel robbed.. I didn't get any warning saying my
rank will be pulled from under my feet on Jan 1St when I made my digital purchases.. xbox rewards can go to ****, you thieving, underhanded scum.

I was also lowered a rank. I think there most be a glitch with the system. As for not getting the rewards from September I did talk to a member and was told that September will be rewarded at the end of this month as they were having problems.

As A1ucardTepes says, there is currently an error with MyVIP that is causing it to incorrectly calculate progress. We are working on deploying a hotfix for this issue, and should have it deployed by the end of the month at the very latest. Due to this calculation
error, we have delayed MyVIP payback for September to the end of this month to ensure that users are accurately Rewarded at the correct star level. Apologies for the confusion.
