My Rewards tab shows error message

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with your Xbox App where your rewards tab shows an error.

To ensure that your router is not experiencing any issues or bugs that may cause some websites or ports to be inaccessible, please do a power cycle by turning off the device, pulling it out of the power outlet for 50 seconds before turning it back on.

Same. I spent $80 on the Ultimate sale and the punchcard for "spend $40 receive 4000 points" in the rewards app remains blank, Attempting to click on the redeem tab on that reward redirects me to the store with error message "something went wrong". I made said purchases on Friday and Saturday I believe, its now Wednesday and the purchases are still not reflecting in the reward app and still getting the same error.

I have raised numerous requests with the Rewards team on behalf of my grandson. The rewards tab was showing for him and then one day when he logged in to collect the rewards points, the tab had disappeared. All that the Rewards team do is constantly close the service requests that I raise on my grandsons behalf. They are totally useless and simply don't care. Good luck, I doubt if they will even care about you either.

Having cleared the problem it has now started to happen again

Got a message on the XBone last night and now the Messages tab on the xbox.com site shows the glitch error message

Reckon when I delete the message the glitch will resolve

So its basically glitching the xbox forum site message tab unless I have zero messages.

This could do with being sorted. My workaround was posted over a week ago and this issue has been happening for closing in on 3 weeks for folks. It would be good if we could get a fix rather than a 'we are looking into it'

After I purchased the game pass option, several days later there was a link on my home page and in xbox live messages that said claim your rewards, I click on this and there was a link for spotify, EA access and discord nitro, once I clicked on
the link for spotify, it allowed me to sign into my existing account and the premium membership showed up.

Unfortunately clicking on this link shows me error message "an error has occurred. Please try later"
