    On my Rewards page, it shows that I have been a member since ???.

    My VIP rank, which has been at 5 stars forever is at zero.

    My lifetime earnings are 0 despite the email I received saying it was at 314,700. I earned 51,250 rewards credits in February but that isn't showing on the website . Also when I clicked on My Dashboard, I received a message saying that I was requesting
    to become a rewards member.

    I'm really don't want to lose any of the rewards I earned in February...

    Hi,

    I just logged onto my Xbox Live account and I've seen that my entire account seems to have been reset.

    As soon as I logged on, it acted as if I had just created the account, and asked me to choose an avatar body to start working on.

    After this I checked my Gamerscore as well as my motto/bio, and these have been reset too, even though I originally had 29756 Gamerscore along with a motto and bio, and the number that indicates how long I have been on LIVE for has been reset as well,
    even though I have had an account for a year and thus should read '1', but it doesn't say anything.

    When I try to change my avatars appearance, it came up with a messege that reads something like 'Cannot save avatar due to a sort code error', but since then it hasn't came up again and now just doesn't recognise that I have a hard drive connected
    and says that there is no save space.

    It has not affected my downloads, as I have kept all of my games and avatar items, but all of my details have been reset.

    Nevermind this, I re-downloaded the account and it resolved everything. I hope that this can help other people who have encountered this problem.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. Apologies for the inconvenience. To be clear, this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All you data on our servers was unaffected.
