My rewards points not showing up for warframe purchase

i purchased the fire and ice prime vault package earlier this month, and did not receive credit for it in my rewards

I have renewed my gold membership and made marketplace purchases but it's not showing up for any reward points pending.

 

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.
