    My rewards points are not depositing to my account


    My account has a balance of 54,000 rewards points, but they are not depositing to my account and it doesn't show any way to request a deposit or when they will be deposited.

    I currently have 54,000 rewards points pending in my account since mid-November, but they are not depositing to my microsoft account. Can someone please help me with this.

    Hello Saint Taylor,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credits were placed in your account in the latter half of last month, you should expect your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.

    The points can take up to 30 days for them to be deposited into your account. See the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ for more information here:

    in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.

    The points will be added into your account every 15th or 30th of each month when it reach 100 pending point
