    I signed up for my awards back on September third of 2016. To date, I see that I have not earned any reward points. I play very often and spend quite a bit of money. Is this possible? Gamer tag is

    hi I have 6500 credits in my rewards account but it did not get deposited into my account anyone have the same issue

    My missions Reward issue

    I completed all steps of the my mission Reward last month ....bought well over the £32 worth of stuff, got myself a dragon avatars item (over £2) and 5 achievements in witcher 3 that I bought so expected 15000 credits.... previously posted when only 5000
    showed....it has now gone up to 9000 ....its past 96 hours but I definitely followed all steps so is there an issue or just a usual delay in all 15000 credits showing?

    I'm not having an issue sending emails to the rewards department. I'm on my 25th email to the rewards department.

    I having an issue with the rewards department understanding my issue So that it can be fixed.

    Or getting them to respond back to a email.

    Rewards department has not been properly trained. 😑

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    We determined that since your purchases last month went towards the VIP Boost offer, they did not award payback. In general, purchases that go towards offers do not go towards payback as well. However, since that offer did not award in Credits, we have manually
    configured this offer to also award payback after receiving feedback. Unfortunately, it looks like this fix did not extend to your account. We have determined why this occurred, and are working to extend this fix to all users. Apologies for the inconvenience.
    We'll update this thread when we have confirmation of successful payback.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with avatar purchasing that we are working with another team on resolving. While we await their fix for this issue, we will adjust your account manually for completion of that part of the offer.
    You should see these Credits appear shortly, with the bonus to follow later.
