    My Jigsaw stopped keeping track of puzzles completed, no matter what I do, no progress is showing up. I would like to know if there is a way to reset, or correct the problem.

    Hello PlatinumShadow,

    Our Rewards program can track your last 30 days of activity, and these stats can be found on your MyDashboard page (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Hello BrS HoKieChE,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.
    " (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Regarding your Games on Demand punchcard, from the FAQ for that offer:

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each
    game before its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.


    Since your purchase of South Park was not during the offer period, it did not award a punch. Your purchase of Shadow of War has not awarded a punch since it takes up to 96 hours to process a purchase, also as mentioned in that FAQ.

    Thanks for your response. I contacted Xbox support via chat earlier and they advised to send a support request as the MS Rewards team is separate to them and couldn't track my rewards.

    Do you know if this is correct or not? I could try again if this isn't the case.

    I don't think any of my complaints have gone through, and yes I keep track of these people and yes it annoys me to see there gold memberships still active.

    Activating Punchcards in Microsoft Rewards on Xbox not working.

    I too, am having the same issue for days now.

    Ori and the Will of the Wisps punch card will not activate.

    Sea of Thieves punch card will not activate.

    Xbox Rewards Weekly Set is not tracking achievements.

    I hope this gets resolved soon, before they expire. It would be extremely disappointing if I was to lose my weekly streak.
