    My rewards haven’t been sent


    At the begging of this month I redeemed a load of rewards and it said that I’ll receive the rewards by the 15th but that has already passed and I haven’t received anything yet plz help

    Reward credits haven’t been deposited

    So even if it’s transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in June I’ll still have to wait by the 15th of June?

    Reward credits haven’t been deposited

    They would be scheduled to deposit in June.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
    are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    I got 10,000 on the 5th so I should get it on the 30th?

    The last deposit for this month is scheduled for the 29th. So yes, since you got the credits on the 5th they'll be deposited on the 29th.

    I’ve gotten February’s reward but I still haven’t received my January reward.
