My rewards have not transferred yet

We see these were all deposited yesterday. For future reference, in case you redeem more Vault Credits, since it sounds like you are unfamiliar with how our deposits work, from the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since these were all pending on the fifth, they were a part of the end of month deposit, as explained above.

From our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early to see those Credits.

I'd just as soon have these points transferred to my Microsoft rewards if that makes things easier.

We see that your Credits were successfully deposited on June 17th

Those were rewards credits that I'd already cashed out. I still had points on the account (and gems) that I was told on the FAQ would be transferred to Microsoft Rewards. That hasn't happened yet.

However, we can only answer questions about Xbox Live Rewards. For any questions about your Microsoft Rewards Account after the transition, you should reach out to Microsoft Support via the link in the transition FAQ.

I used the link to reach out to them before coming here. They told me that my Xbox Live Rewards account definitely hasn't been transferred yet. They then told me there's nothing they can do about it as they can only deal with Microsoft Rewards. I was given
another email address to contact by them, and the person on the other end of that directed me to this forum as the place I'll definitely be able to get help. And now you're saying the same as the first person and shifting me back to them.
