Discus and support My rewards have also been deleted... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; What is going on?     Hi whoppersk!

    With regards to your xbox messages. It actually have 30 days lifespan. The system automatically deletes it. But with regards to your EA access code. If that code was from a promotion, you could actually post on this thread.

    forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx

    Just make sure to indicate from what promotion that was for so the official support can get the code for you. EA has nothing to do with the codes that was sent to our xbox message center so if you contact them, they will just direct you back to xbox support.

    Unfortunetly, once the messages have been deleted from your account, then there is no way to retrieve them back. You can try accessing the messages on the Xbox.com website, just in case the Xbox is not displaying them (For any reason), however it is highly
    unlikely they will be visible.

    What I would recommend to do is contact EA sports again, and tell them what has happened. They will be able to check on their system, if the code has been used, and possibly give you another code that you can use, and cancel the other code that was lost
    in the messages. However, that is down to them.

    I hope your able to get the code you have lost,

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    If you are referring to your Ghost Recon purchase, that did not complete any offer. While it awarded one Games on Demand punch, that offer requires three eligible pre-order purchases to complete. While we do have a Ghost Recon offer, that offer is only for
    physical, disc copy purchases off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was digital, it went towards Games on Demand.
