    vip credits did go on my rewards but didn't get a deposit to my microsoft account for xbox one plz help.

    My most recent xbox rewards deposit never showed up in my account balance. i'd like to know why it didn't show up?

    Need help with my rewards, says I need to update my account.

    I have not been able to deposit my rewards since February. It says I need to update my account, but that didn't help.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

    While we do see two other gamertags associated with your current email, we are still tracking the purchases made for this gamertag. The reason why you stopped getting Rewards is because around the time Microsoft Points were discontinued, we made a series
    of changes to our program. In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made
    some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero
    star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Unfortunately, we can only provide support for Xbox Live Rewards issues, so we cannot respond on your other account issues. However, there is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process
    cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this
    problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We
    apologize for the inconvenience. However, I can see that the 20 dollars were not from us, and total amount we deposited into your account before you started experiencing your current deposit issue was roughly $5.

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
