My rewards did not increase when I pre order the games and WHY??

In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time that you preorder. Currently there is a games on demand punchcard offer that has been running since January 1 that preorders would count towards.
You will only receive those credits if you make 3 eligible purchases for that offer.

There is also the current "Simply Rewarding" offer that would award you 6,000 credits if you preorder a game this month after opting-in to the offer.

If you think you have any purchases that haven't counted towards those offers, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for Rewards support to check into it for you.

Since your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not a pre-order, it was not eligible for the Games on Demand offer.

Furthermore, as Smwutches says, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, which is why your December 30th purchases did not increase your MyVIP progress.

I haven't received it either. I don't have a reward zone card though. The guy at the counter when I picked the game up at the Midnight Premier said that I was suppose to receive it via email after "redeeming my pre-order" which I did. I had given them my
email when I originally pre-ordered the game, so idk...

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items.
However, the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

Since your purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP, and did not increase progress.

Also from the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen
titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Since you purchased Watchdogs 2 yesterday, it has not yet been processed and Rewarded.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. While there was a special offer in September that allowed pre-orders for MyVIP, your pre-order was instead Rewarded by the Gears of War offer that was running at the time. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once,
you did not receive VIP payback that month as well. Since pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, you did not receive progress for your Call of Duty purchase, but you did get a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.
