    My Rewards credits should have deposited on the 15th but they didn't.


    My rewards credits have been sitting over 5000 for a few weeks but they didn't deposit on the 15th. I haven't purchased anything since the end of September so they should have deposited on October 15th. It's now the 18th and still no credits. Is there anything
    you guys can do about depositing them. I want to use them for a preorder so I cant wait until the end of the month.

    no deposit on the 15th

    I have 25,000 rewards credits and they didn't get deposited on the 15th.

    Reward credits

    The credits should show as pending on the Rewards site. If they were redeemed before the 15th, they should be deposited tomorrow. If you redeemed them after the 15th, they should be deposited in June.

    Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have 5,000 pending. So when you get to 5,000 determines when your credits are scheduled for deposit. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they
    are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

    Alright so probably what happened is that the actual credits didnt get added until after October 1st since I bought the game the 27th

    Due to a MyVIP processing issue, September payback was actually not paid out until the 17th. However, it was listed as a deposit on September 30th so that it could be recognized by users as their September payback. You were not automatically scheduled for
    a deposit until recently, when this payback occurred.
