My Rewards Credits sa only 500 when I beleive it should be around 6100 now, pending another ...

I just renewed my Live membership for another year & received an email about getting 6,000 points ...

but when I signed in I found my Points now say only 500 points (I'm guessing for the renewal..??) when I HAD 5600 points.

Where did they all go, if you don't mind telling me?

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

The Credits are now pending in your account and will be included in your Mid-month deposit in January.

xbox live rewards credits

I also have this issue. I spent 500 x2 on the 10,000 credits and 250 x1 on the 5,000 credits. In my rewards it says redeemed, but the balance does not show up on my pending credits and the balance also hasn't hit my Xbox Live account. But my gem balance
shows that I purchased those packs. So in all I am missing 25,000 credits.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will list what the credits are from and if any of them have been deposited previously. If you need assistance from support,

Since your purchase was only shipped recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

As mentioned, the code is only to cover the expedited shipping cost, and is not related to Rewarding.
