    i have called xbox, left posts to xbox rewards support forums and nothing has happened im getting ignored. i am extremely angry with xbox rewards support/Microsoft because my rewards account says i need to update payment/billing info but all of my info is
    correct. i have preordered games and they are not registering in my missions and this needs to get fixed because i should not miss out on the rewards i deserve. i cant even express how angry i am right now please get back to me and fix this problem asap. thank

    Hi i am a Rewards Member since 2012.

    I have spend alot Money in my digital Games Collection and i am never over Level 2 Vip (This cant be correct)

    I also have Gold but get only 2% cashback not 4% like other Goldmembers

    And i cant get my Points because the System say that something is wrong with my Account, i checked it and there is nothing all is fine and right

    I really hope that this Error can be fixed because i liked this Rewards System.

    But i dont like to sepnd my time for nothing My rewards better get fixed this is not right!!!! ;)

    We responded to your last post at (My Xbox live rewards account says my info needs updating but all of my info is correct.). Furthermore, we see that your issue has been resolved and
    you received your last deposit. Purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed, which is why your recent pre-order on the 8th of November has not yet received a punch. Your pre-orders of Gears of War and Battlefield were not within any offer periods, and so
    did not count toward any offers. Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not a pre-order, and went toward MyVIP, which is why it did not award a punch either. Your current punches on the Games on Demand punchcard are from your purchase of Mafia III and Skyrim.
