my rewards are still not credited for months

hi, my rewards are still not credited for months. xbox rewards tell me all th time that i have to update my profile before i can get my earnd credits and that the microsoft team will fix this problem soon. but how often i have to update my profile details
til i will get my credits and how long is "soon" if this problem still is for months...or maybe since one year for other people? since 3 or 4 months i have this problem. this cant be. how can i fix this problem?...or better question... when will microsoft
fix this problem??? can you hep me?

VIP rewards

I have looked over my rewards statement, and realized that I was not credited for my VIP rewards for the month last month like I normally am. What do I need to do to correct this?

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date.
To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team
works on a solution.

The 4,000 credits would be from the FREEdom rewards offer. VIp rebates (your 10% back) are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.
