My rewards are not being Credited from my xbox to my account.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Stats only have information for the past 30 days, not your entire time on Live and are not updated in real time. So they will not always be correct.

As Smwutches says, MyStats is not based off your lifetime activity, but is a snapshot of recent events. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We do not award for purchases made outside the Rewards program. We do not see any purchase of Grand Theft Auto V since your registration in September besides the purchase of in-game consumables, which are not eligible for any offers or for MyVIP. Your purchase
of For Honor went towards your MyVIP progress, but did not award any Credits since it was not a part of any offer at the time of purchase, and since you did not have any MyVIP stars, you were not eligible for any MyVIP payback.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Also, MyVIP payback from last month was delayed due to a issue affecting some of our members, so those Credits have not yet been placed as pending yet either.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for purchases made this month.
