    Hi Fall3nElder,

    Did you purchase the Xbox One X and those games during their promotional periods? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely the Rewards programme will award you the points.

    My rewards are missing

    I got a few items that are worth 59000 points and they are not showing up on my reward count

    The Xbox one x bundle with Pubg and far Cary 5 and state of decay 2.

    Like why it is not there idk but this is very Frustrating low key

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing controllers. If you purchased a design lab controller by December 17 and did not receive credits, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.
