    My rewards are converted to dollars instead of euros!?


    Well I had like 6k points rewards, and I try to redeem it a few times and ckeary it did nothing, after half year - year ( idk ), I once checked again the rewards page with my points. It said 400 and went to microsoft support, finding out it was converted
    to dollars and not euros, without any reason. I'm Dutch. So I dont know how this happend ! Hope you guys can help me out!

    Points disappaering and being changed into money in future?

    Thank you that explained a lot already. Only it doesn't say anything about how many points will be converted to how many euros/dollars/pounds

    i have mine set to united states and it ask for euros instead of dollars..thats wtf cause i cant get live GOLD anymore...

    We see that your Microsoft Account information is set to the US region. Therefore, when we attempted a deposit, this deposit was made with the US regional currency. If you would like to receive your deposit in a different region, you would have to update
    your billing information (Update Your Billing Contact Information Online). You may also wish
    to check your current Microsoft region (Update Microsoft account if Moving to a New Country or Region),
    as we see that your current region is set to the US.

    Electronics are ALWAYS more expensive in europe then in the US.

    That´s nothing new.

    You can´t compare US dollar with the euro.

    If you live in europe you get euro not dollar.

    Converting it does not change anything.

    All the electronics have the prices of the ones in the US just with a € instead of a $.

    I don´t know why people are so surprised.

    It´s a general thing not a Xbox One issue.

    The free game is simply a promotion.

    Yeah, if you have 3k you get about 3 dollars-euros. Other rewards are offerd to build upon just the surveys...... Your gamers score and purchases for example. Right now, that 1K/dollar/euro can get you a free Kinect game......
