my rewards are all messed up

Hello,

First of all, I think it's crazy that Microsoft created a rewards program without a live support team to speak with on the phone. I spent an hour on the phone with an xbox rep just to find out she couldn't help me. The only way to get help with the
program is through this forum.

I own 4 xbox ones. I own 2-500 gig xbox ones, one 2tb xbox one S, and the limited edition gears of war 2tb xbox one S. My entire family game together. My wife, son, daughter, and I all have our own xbox ones and gold account. I spend a fortune on
xbox/Microsoft games, consoles, and accessories. I can't believe there isn't a live support team for me to speak to.

I haven't received my vip star credit reward in over 3 months. I preorderd the gold edition of for honor, the legendary edition of halo wars 2, and the best edition of resident evil. All 3 came with season passes. I received my credits for the punch
card for preordering 3 games. I also bought the season 2 pass for Rainbow six siege. I didn't receive and vip star credits for any of this. I haven't received a vip star credit since November 30 of last year.

I had a special promotional offer for the month of February. I had to spend $75 to go to the second star ranking so I would receive 4% back. I spent almost $250 in the month of February. My star was supposed to updated on 03/07/2017. Today is the
8th, and of course, I still am star rank 1. I haven't received any of my vip star credits for the last 3 months. I spend a small fortune downloading games. I should have received a lot of points.

Long story short, I need my star rank changed to 2 stars so I earn 4% cash back. Also, I need my credits fixed and deposited into my account.

Also, my wife purchases stuff from the xbox store as well. She also didn't receive credits for her purchases. She also didn't get her vip star rank credit deposit on the 30th. I need her account and credits fixed also. I am owed a lot of money.

Please help me with this matter.

Jigsaw all messed up

What in the world is going on with the Microsoft jigsaw game?? Challenges are not loading at all, hasn't all month so far. I can play regular games, but went to downloadable games, and bought the puppies pack. It goes to download and the whole thing shuts
down and does not download. Tried to open up the game again, go to download again and boom, the whole game shuts down again. Anyone else having this issue and is there any idea on how to fix this??

DLCs are messed up

I would suggest to call the xbox live customer service, you're gamertag may have been defective, I had a friend have his gamertag do this he lost everything all DLC, games, and xbxox said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Which content is eligible for this offer?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP, so you may have missed this Credit event.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

For example, since your recent Forza purchase did not qualify for any offers, it did not award any Credits. While we currently have an offer that will award this purchase, the Forza Sweepstakes, since you are not registered into the offer, you are not entitled
to the Credits at the end of that offer period, as stated in that offer's FAQ (You can still register for this offer and be eligible for those Credits though!). Since you do not have any MyVIP stars, as mentioned previously, you will not get any MyVIP payback.

Beta rewards are tied to your beta game saves so do not mess with those. You can change your GT all you want and you will not mess anything up.
