    I understand that the account rests every year but I'm a gold member i should be receiving 4% back because I'm a gold member but I'm only getting back 2%

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue where new subscriptions are being categorized under a different system in our database. This has caused us to not properly recognize these new subscriptions. We are currently working on resolving
    this issue. In order to avoid awarding payback at the incorrect level, we have delayed payback for April this month until the issue has been resolved. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

    If you're lvl 2 VIP yes but you might only be lvl 1 where gold gets 2% you should double check just make sure
