My rewards account has been suspended

Not sure how or what MS rewards is accusing me of but this is upsetting.

This is Ryefrom Microsoft Rewards Customer Support, I’ll be providing you an update regarding your issues with redeeming your points in you Microsoft Rewards account. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.



After further review, we regret to inform you that your Microsoft Rewards does not conform to the

Microsoft Services Agreement governing the Rewards program which you accepted when joining.



Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the

Microsoft Services Agreement, which may include, but is not limited to:



•Maintaining more than five (6) user accounts per household;

•Opening more than one (1) user account per individual;

• Residing outside of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan
and United Kingdom, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Canada

•Using a service intended to obfuscate your true IP address or your location;



As a result, your Microsoft Rewards accounts have been closed, any points accumulated in your accounts have been voided, any pending prize orders have been cancelled, and you are disqualified from participating in Microsoft Rewards.

why has my Microsoft rewards account been suspended.

 

Microsoft rewards program

my Microsoft rewards account has been suspended for an unknown amount of time. When Xbox rewards transfers to Microsoft rewards, will there be a way to end the suspension? I cant even recall why my account was suspended in the first place

 

You would have to try contacting their support again. They would be the only ones who could help.

 

I have and thank you for the reply. I see in the email after sending it's their goal to get back to me in 24 hrs. The first email took 53 hours to get a response. I find it hard to believe a billion or more dollar company would treat their customers this
way.
