    my reward points never get paid out and keep going awol


    hi ive been working for years on my xboxlive reward points however every single time i log on they go missing. they have never been paid out even tho i request them to and on top of that they just go poof everytime i log into xbox live rewards. i never ever
    have spent any on anything. i logged on today to see it i had enough to get dragon ball xenoverse 2 or something else new but once again they went poof. this is seriously getting outragious and i will swich back to ps4 and sell my xbox if this continues. It
    is unfair as **** ive worked my but off for those. You guys will lose a customer.

    Never get my rewards points.

    Hello Deshklok,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    problem with download of collection

    I ordered the Bridges collection which was paid for with reward points. The points were deducted from my bank but the collection never downloaded!

    Purchased points can expire, disappear, go AWOL, or something. I had a few hundred go missing from my account earlier in the year and it was before I had any type of promotional points added to my account. I was able to talk to a rep over the chat system
    and they were added back.

    This is highly unlikely as it costs money to maintain the servers and you get free games by getting Gold anyways. Not to mention if you're in an area where you can use the Microsoft Rewards program you'll never have to pay for live again once you get some
    points built up. I keep my live maxed out at 3 years and haven't paid for it in several years. I rarely even pay anything for games anymore thanks to the program.

    Do Microsoft rewards. If you do tasks every day you earn points to buy or pay for services from Microsoft.

    I use it for gamepass so I have never paid for it out my own pocket.
