    Can't get payed out the Reward-Points as money to my MS-Konto..it always worked..what is wrong now?

    Can't get payed out the Reward-Points from November/December as money to my MS-Konto..it always worked..what is wrong now? I did nothing change at all.. :-(

  3. Your Account Needs Updating to Make a Deposit

    I currently have over 6000 reward points outstanding, which I currently can't claim as it states that my account needs updating to make a deposit. Nothing has been changed on my account since my last deposit, so can you let me know what I need to do to
    sort this issue out. I don't want to lose my rewards program progress

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
