My reward points are stuck (Pending)

I checked my rewards and I have it pending since August 2015. Can you please let me know how to make it clear into my account?

Missing Rewards Points from Xbox Rewards

I have 250pts from 3/4/18 stuck in pending, as well as 5,000pts from 6/1/18. Any help on getting these rewards points posted on my account would be much appreciated.

Hello Fueled By Kush,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event on the 22nd pushed you over the 5000 Credit minimum for an automatically scheduled deposit, you should expect your deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.
