    hi, I have preorder 3 game to qualify for the preorder 3 games and get 15000 points offer and just recently preordered resident evil 5.

    It's showing I have preordered skyrim but it's not been added to the punch card, resident evil 7 isn't showing as preordered and I did that four days ago now.

    Is there anything you can do to help as I don't want to lose out on the 15000

    Hey there!

    Just so you're aware, we work 24 hours behind so bumping your thread repeatedly moves it down the list of threads we have to respond to and we get to it later. Please don't bump your own posts going forward, we WILL get to you so patience is appreciated.

    Now, onto the party chat issues. The first thing you should try is a
    power cycle
    of your Xbox One console. This can help a whole lot of issues that might crop up so always start with that. If that doesn't help, make sure your

    controller is updated
    to the latest firmware version. If at all possible, trying your headset on a different controller and/or trying a different headset is also worth trying. You can also give the

    factory reset
    a shot (while keeping your games and apps) and see if that helps.

    Run through all that and keep us posted. My reward isn't working properly :)

    Purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed. The Games on Demand completion Credits are currently pending in your account as of the 20th, and should be included in your mid-month deposit next month.
