  1. My Reward Hasn't Come Through


    On 9/12/17, spent 10,000 points on a $10 Xbox Gift Card. I haven't had the money added to my Xbox account yet. The points were deducted from my rewards though, so I know I used them to buy the card. Not even an email was sent to my account to confirm my
    purchase of the card. If anyone can offer some clarity as to why I have not recieved my money, that would be wonderful.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
    database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

    We see that these offers all completed as intended. Please keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ for these offers, it can take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process new information. Regarding FREE Ride and One, Two, FREE, Fortnite is not an eligible
    game for FREEdom, so these offers did not complete. While the Battle Royale mode for that game is free, the game itself is not free to play currently, and is not eligible, and is not listed on the free to play page (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/free-to-play).
    We will adjust these offers to complete, but please keep this in mind for any future FREEdom offers. You should see these adjustments complete the offers shortly.
