My Reward credits have not been deposited

Discus and support My Reward credits have not been deposited in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have over 50,000 reward credits, I thought they would be deposited on the 15 on the month but they didn't. can you check on it for me...     why have my reward credits not been deposited

    hi i have 16000 reward credits which should of been deposited by the 15th may. I'm worried that my credits will not be deposited before the change to Microsoft rewards. Could I please have my 16000 reward credits deposited as soon as possible thank you

    Rewards not being deposited

    My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

    Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

    My Reward credits have not been deposited

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
