My Reward Credits aren't transferring to my Xbox

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 19th of December, it will be deposited in the mid month deposit in January.

Credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If your credits have been pending since after the 15th, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 12th.

Hi Clandaustino. Since 2,000 Credits earned from the FREEdom offer was awarded on December 6th (that put you at the automatic deposit threshold), your deposit is scheduled for the next deposit date. Credits earned from the 16 to the end of the month gets
deposited on the first deposit of the next month. The Credits from the1st to the 15th gets deposited on the second deposit of the month. The next deposit is scheduled for the 28th.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
