My reward credits aren't transferring from my account to my Xbox

My reward credits aren't transferring from my Xbox rewards page to my Xbox. I have had over the 5,000 minimum for a deposit since around the middle of last month but have yet to have my rewards deposited.

My reward credits aren't transferring to my Xbox. I have had well over the 5,000 credits required for a deposit to happen since before the middle of last month, but have yet to receive a deposit on Xbox.

Hello ISoDollarSign,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 19th of December, it will be deposited in the mid month deposit in January.

 

Credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If your credits have been pending since after the 15th, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 12th.
