    if any enforcement team is reading this, I have a complaint because every time am done doing the questions for the review it gives me an error and have to do it again, and I have done it six times and dosent let me do a summary of what happened on my suspension.
    I need help

    Big question WHY is there no contact info for the enforcement team.

    CASE REVIEW IS NOT A FORM OF CONTACT which thats all surport offers.

    no explanation for bans no proof.

    case review doesent work.

    being told ohhh its only 14 days wait it out. why should we , we all pay for a service.

    Xbox is a discrace

    Doesn't work like that.A certain amount of reports will never get you banned/suspended.

    Any report is investigated by a real person.

    As Smwutches posted,you can contact the enforcement team by filing for a case review on the enforcement site.

    Regarding your specific issue, be sure to try it in a different browser or even on a different device, to make sure it isn't cache related.

    Why is it acceptable to sexually harass a woman on XBOX Live, calling her "trans", when she's not?

    Report the person that did this. The enforcement team does have a bit of work to do and everything is reviewed. It may not be taken care of immediately but they will review and take action if necessary.

    That's great to know that you have already filed a case review.

    It's also best that you have already reported the player, we just need to wait for the enforcement team to get the report and work on it.
