ho il seguente problema ormai da quasi 1 anno:

tempo fa qualcuno ha avuto accesso al mio account sulla mia console facendo abbassare il mio livello di reputazione.

Il problema è che ora ho il livello di reputazione su "evitami"! ragione per cui non riesco a giocare online con altri utenti.

Quasi 1 anno fa ho chiamato per avere supporto e mi è stato detto che dovevo giocare online per sbloccare la reputazione. Ma come faccio a giocare online se non mi permette di farlo con nessun utente? Inoltre dopo tutto questo tempo non vedo come possa essere
possibile che sia ancora in uno stato negativo.

Siccome ho acquistato un gioco da poco e inoltre ho pagato il servizio Xbox Live Gold, vorrei tornare a giocare online col mio account.

E' possibile far modificare il grado di reputazione dopo 1 anno?

il fatto è che la mia reputazione è così da oltre 9 mesi. In questi 9 mesi non ho ricevuto mai nulla quindi dovrebbe ritornare da sola positiva... (VERDE).

Sono utente Microsoft da più di 10 anni e gioco alla Xbox da tantissimo non vedo come dopo così tanto tempo io venga messo in questo stato tralaltro per fatti avvenuti tempo fa e per via di un accesso al mio account non effettuato da me.

Io gioco solo a FIFA e mi trovo ad aver pagato un gioco con cui non posso giocare. O meglio potrei creare un altro account ma perderei tutti i miei crediti e progressi…

Quanti mesi ci vogliono? è passato quasi un anno... e comunque dovrebbero tenere conto del comportamento durante i 10 anni e non in relazione a pochi mesi.

Questa cosa penalizza molto sopratutto se effettivamente c'è stato un accesso al profilo non autorizzato.
