my reputation says needs work on my xbox 1 profile but on xbox web site it says im good player

for the last 3 months ,when i look at my profile on my xbox 1 it says my reputation needs work , but on the official xbox web site when i check there it says i have a good player rep. my concern is when people look at my profile they think i may not be a
good player to game with. in my almost 6 yrs on live ive only had 2 negitive reports for communication ie cussing. im a preview program member for well over a year and i try to help out any way i can, i dont want other gamers to have the wrong info about me
im sure you understand. i called 800 4my xbox and they couldnt figure anyway to help me so now im trying this route.i really want to get this fixed my rep is very imporant to me.

Reputation Problem

When i click on my profile on xbox it says my reputation is 'avoid me' but when i go on to Xbox Enforcement | Reputation it says that my reputation is 'good player'.

I currently cant play any games due to this problem.

Enforcement.xbox.com. Be sure to check out that page for information on how to improve your reputation over time. It may take a bit of time but keep at it

That's strange as the site says avoid me when I look at your profile. People won't "downvote" you if you are a good player, they will if you trash talk, leave the game if you're on the losing team and also if you insult other players.

‘needs work’ or ‘avoid me’. For Xbox One Preview and Xbox app (beta) members, ‘good’ players’ profiles will no longer feature a reputation gauge, however, gamers whose profiles are tagged ‘needs work’ or ‘avoid me’ will continue to feature the reputation flag.''

I have also played battlefield 1 for a week now and my reputation on the website says good player but the console still shows avoid me.
