My Reputation is unfairly made to "avoid me"

Dear Xbox Memebers,

Anyone that can help, my reputation was unfairly put to "avoid me" and it saddens me that how easy it is to ruin anyones account with this new feedback system.

From March to July my rep has been "Good Player".

In august I received 4 negative feedbacks for cheating, which I DID NOT DO!

1 for unsporting like conduct, which I cant even understand, and 1 more for gamer pic, which is a stock xbox gamer pic.

I need help, as I have been unfairly pretty much "banned from playing games"

"Avoid me" reputation

Well then have you though that just maybe you deserve everything you get. Seems to be your scrounging for sympathy. You don't seem remorseful. Just annoyed that your being punished.

I tend to agree with this.

You **** off a lot of people. You did so knowing it was unsportsmanlike. Now that the punishment has befallen, you're finding out what it was like for those who had to play with
you. As several have already posted, it's going to be awhile before that rep goes back up. Also, as has been said, you don't need to get good rep. You only need to avoid getting bad rep. You're just going to have to tough it out being forced to play with people
who play like you did.

An old saying comes to mind... don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

"Avoid me" reputation

Guys, you're saying that my conduct needs to improve in game for my rep to go back up, right? Well, how can I demonstrate my changed behavior if I can't find ANYONE to play with?!? Once your rep is on avoid me you can't find anyone to play fairly with...

Sorry to hear you have having some issues with the new reputation system. The reputation system is a new system that is designed to improve the way players interact with each other. When you exhibit poor behavior other players will report you. After too
many reports you will gradually decrease your reputation status and too many reports will result in an "Avoid Me" status.

A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. The XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints
doesn’t guarantee a suspension. They take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making
process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

The only way to get out of that status is to play online with others with an Avoid Me status. If you can play matches without receiving negative feedback your reputation should gradually begin to improve.

Hi there,

It appears that your profile has been put into the "Avoid Me" reputation stage. This will affect matchmaking and multiplayer games. This happens when you have been reported on several occasions for cheating or playing unfairly.

Unfortunately, lots of people have this problem, even if they have done nothing wrong. If you believe that you have been put into the avoided category unfairly, you can try to post on the enforcement team's forum section.

The only other way to make the reputation go back up is to play online games with players with the avoided reputation, and do not team-kill or play unfairly.

I am not from Microsoft, and support cannot fix your rep. You are the only one who can improve your rep. There's no set timetable for how long it will take to fix it.

Hi, I've read through all of that already.

I just find it very strange that this happened seeing as I'm a fair player and I don't quit early, kill team mates, any if that stuff. I'm not a child, I play fair.

But this just seems to be a mistake.

Are you from Microsoft? Are you able to look into this for me?

How long will this last if someone can't fix it for me?
