My Reputation is in Avoid Me I can't play online!

Hello!

My name is Mark, Im from Hungary and currently have a little problem with my gamertag. I have been playing Gears of War 4 online and people are messaging me saying that i cheat and they report me just because i play decent. I have never cheated in any form.
My issue is that in the last six months when checking the reputation details i saw that in 5 months nothing happened and in march my rep started going downhill like crazy. I mean like, last week around wednesday i was in Needs Work reputation and kept playing
Gears online because i thought that it will go away. Then i come online on friday just to see i messages from my friends stating that im in avoid me. I didnt even play on thursday night because i was at work on a night shift. Next day i sign in try to play
Gears with my friends and see that i cant play any ranked games because my rep is in avoid me status. If i try searching for a game it searches for 5 minutes then says that the session timed out. So i either search for people with avoid me status or i cant
play. So i gave up because it never finds a game. I tried contacting the xbox one support via chat but they could not help at all. Talked with two different person all they could do is send me a link in the chat stating that i have to follow the rules of xbox
live. Which i did. But still im unable to play Gears 4 online. Neither with my friends or alone. I got a communication ban like three weeks before this or less. Which i did not understand aswell because i never use the game chat since im in a party with my
friends while playing.

So i talked with someone from the support that day and he/she said that its only for one day so i wasnt angry at all because i knew its not a long time. But i was curious about how i got banned since im not messaging random people or talk in the game chat.
I always speak with my friends in a party. I get loads of messages saying that he/she reported me because i played better than him/her in Gears of War 4 online. So in like 2-3 days i went down from needs work to avoid me reputation. Which i think its not normal
and i wanted to get a normal answer or atleast get a reset to my reputation because my rep system got broken. Because this is not normal to go down from a full green reputation for 5 months on the reputation chart, to the red line. So i mean that for a straight
5 months i was in a green line and in this month it all went downhill to avoid me. I checked my reports status i got like 6 reports to for messages which is a joke since i only reply to people when they say to me i cheat with a lol or not even reply. They
still report me. But the most reports i got is for unsporting behaviour. Which is crazy because i never cheat just play good. Got like 29 reports or more for that and for cheating i got like 21 i think so. So totally with some else reports i got like 59-60
from different people in like 2 weeks in march. The month barely started and i already made it down to avoid me from a good rep. This is not normal. This has to be fixed since i have been playing for 10 years now on xbox live and this never happened to me.
I did not knew that if you play good and make montages in a game you can actually get banned. Im really sad about this. I have to make a new profile to play online and i cant continue my work on my main profile which i have been using for 10 years now. I have
an active one year gold on it aswell but whats that worth since i cant play online? This is ridiculous. If anyone reads this, sorry for the long post, atleast reply to me or please i beg you guys, reset my reputation because this is not okay.

Hello, I have a question. I have a good reputation but my account got the "avoid me"reputation. I can't play online anymore. How can i change this?

 

Can't get away from "avoid me"!!!

I try to manage this since few weeks playing online and don't get bad reputation, but i can't fix my reputation from avoid me to play most of my online games. Please help or set my rep back

Haha, yeah thanks! So you cant help aswell! This is a joke! Thanks for nothing by the way! I already knew this link you sent me. Your system is terrible, fix it. Its a big joke. I pay for the gold support and i get banned in weeks of playing. You kidding

Then Ill just wait out the ban and hope for the best. Since im treated like a cheater i cant do nothing. Lol, this is hilarious. And you did not even answered why i got banned in like 2 weeks of playing in a new month. Atleast give me a normal answer that
how is this possible that its only like the 16th here of the month and im already banned? And in february i had a good reputation. Just give me some answers... thanks. :/

 

Sorry to hear you're upset. However, as mentioned above, only the PET can answer enforcement questions via the case review option at the link provided.

If you only chat in parties with friends then you may need to look to one of them as it may be the friends who reported you.

As for the reputation issue. You have two options.

1. Battlefield 4 is where a lot of people with bad reps play. If you play online there and play well your rep should build back up.

2. Have your friends invite you to their online games. You'll be able to play online matches that way. Just be sure to play well so your rep builds back up again.
