    I hope you get this worked out soon, however, I would try to focus on having fun with the games you play. If you have the option, I would just mute all other in-game communication from other people.

    It takes time for negative reports to go away. The more negative feedback you receive, the longer it will display. I would suggest using the microphone to only communicate game relevant talk or something like "Good Game" "Nice try" " Thank you" or any variation
    of something polite. Also, keep in mind, if you are spamming music, have a bad internet connection, leave the game early, don''t attempt to complete objectives of the game, or are screaming (talking in all caps)/being rude/cussing/ect. then you are more likely
    to be reported. If you are going to report someone, I would also suggest keeping the information to yourself. Telling someone you are going to report them will just agitate them and their friends.

    Above all, just be mature and if a situation becomes unpleasant just try to ignore them, be nice to them, or change the people you are around. I hope this helps out!

    Brutal At This... see... i never use the microphone. just connected it 2 or 3 times to talk with 2 or 3 friends that i know in real life. And btw... im always nice, now im upset cause i consider this situation an injustice, and i am not able to play the
    games, i like, for that reason i am really considering to sell my XB1 and go to PS4, after 10 years of XBL gold member, cause i want to enjoy the time that i play, and have FUN, and atm i am really suffering it. My reputation FALL to NEED WORK cause of MALICE NEGATIVE feedback against me :(

    Sorry, but is what i am thinking now.

    ngocphi i checked my rep and i only received 2 negative feedbacks... plus i always play nice... i am being a victim of a bunch of CHEATERS on PES 2016 where they get agree to report me cause i won several number of matches, and they cheated trying to disconnect
    the game.

    I am a good and nice player for over 10 years!

    I insist... the rep system is broken

    Well then stop being a bad sport or cursing online be nice it is that simple

    Remember it's a scale not a oh all is forgiven

    The more bad rep you have the longer you are in there

    If you get further bad rep you will just return back until you learn to play nice and maybe change your game types like casual so you don't get bad sportmanship

    You do realize there is probably more then 2 bad reports not all people tell you that they are reporting you

    You will just have to learn how to be nice and not revert back

    Though your reputation score can be impacted after accumulating legitimate negative feedback, spamming someone with unwarranted or baseless complaints (even from a large number of players) will not unfairly result in a lower reputation.

    To get your rep back play a wide range of games and gametypes, enjoy gaming for gaming sake and all in all try to be a good sport.
