My reputation dropped to "needs work" despite zero reports. Please help.

Please help me understand why my profile reputation shows "needs work" when I have no reports against me. In addition, I received no notification on the change in reputation. A person I just met in game told me about this "scarlet letter" today, much to
    my surprise.

In the enforcement.xbox.com site, my page shows

Congratulations! You have a perfect record
but it does show a dip in December on the same page it shows me zero reports in every category.

If I did something wrong, I would hope to see a report of some kind. If I don't have a report, why is my reputation not "good player?"

I take a thing like reputation very seriously, and I always work to help out in game, to cooperate and be friendly. A mark on my reputation, as inexplicable as this one is, really bothers me.

Two chats with support and the only word is that I should wait for some server maintenance to finish - something like 24 hours - and even if I do appeal, one of the support people told me this could take a good bit of time to get resolved.

It seems just wrong. Can someone please help?

    :)

  2. Reputation is low, can't join multiplayer games. I think false feedback might be an issue.

I need help with my reputation score. I think people are sending in false reports on my account.
So yesterday my reputation turned 'Bad' then today it turned to, 'avoid me'. I think someone on twitch might've gotten their followers to mass report me or something? I don't know. I need a mod to help me find out how my reputation has dropped so so fast.
I contacted support at xbox.com and chatted with a live support agent, but they referred me here. If they are false reports sent en masse, or something similar, can we please reverse the abusive damage done by those false reports? Please help. My email is:

    Xbox live Reputation issue

So my reputation has recently dropped one level to 'needs work'. No big deal, it doesnt appear that anything has changed, but I'd rather bring my rep back up than let it drop even more. In my opinion I believe I have many false reports (sore losers). 21
for unsporting, and 20 for cheating. REALLY? So I began to play A LOT of Neverwinter and Battlefield 4 in hope to bring my reputation back up. I heard those were two good games to help bring up reputation due to most gamers dont report and there are a lot
of gamers in those two games. So about 20 minutes ago I checked xbox.com and it said my rep went back up to green. I also checked enforcement.com.xbox/home/reputation and it also said im back up to green. When I sign into my account on xbox one it still says
'needs work'. I enjoy xbox a lot and it just kinda bothers me that my rep isnt in the green. Any help or suggestions?

    Enforcement Needs Changes ASAP

Hi there! When your reputation drops to "Reputation needs work" or "Avoid me" it is actually due to a number of people going on to your profile and blocking you. It does not having anything to do with the actual report system itself. To remove the negative
reputation, you either need to play cleanly for a certain amount of time or have people add you to their favourites list. Hope this helps!

Added to this it also has dropped my reputation all the way down to needs work when I don’t deserve that either.

    Reputation: Avoid Me

The Xbox Live reputation system incorporates all the feedback that you’ve received during your last few weeks of multiplayer sessions to determine your reputation. Different types of feedback are weighted differently and our Policy & Enforcement Team often
verifies feedback accuracy. There are automated safeguards to ensure sure that feedback is accurate.

If you get a large number of reports from other gamers, your reputation might drop to “Needs Work.” You’ll get a warning message from Xbox that you’re having a negative impact on other people and other gamers will see a “Needs Work” warning bar on your profile.
It typically takes over a dozen unique reports or several dozen mutes for your reputation to drop down to “Needs Work.”

If you continue to get reported for your conduct after you’ve entered “Needs Work,” the system sends you another message as a final warning. If you ignore this second message and get reported a few more times, you’ll enter the “Avoid Me” reputation classification.

To better your rep the best way is to play coop games with a large pool of different gamers (Neverwinter mentioned as a possible way to up your rep)
