My report a problem is missing on latest beta build. Tried restart not resolved

If that "Report a problem" is only for the BETA, then it would do me no good as I have the issue in the official app. The BETA app solves my issue I was having with not being able to send. Unless I can report for any version. And as far as the latest version
goes, it's set for auto update so I always have the latest. I've also already tried logging out and back in, multiple times, with no success. So if the BETA app launches as is, for the most part, then that will resolve my issue, at this point in time.

So let me know if the "Report a problem" is for any version, BETA or Official. I'll send a report in. But if it is only for BETA, no point.

This issue should be resolved in the latest version of the Xbox app. For most the Xbox app should have updated automatically. Please let us know if you're still seeing this on the latest build and submit feedback by using the Report a problem feature in
the app.

Hi L1Ke 20, Sorry to hear the latest version did not resolve your issue. We will need more data to present to developers to request an investigation. Can you help us out by using the Xbox App (Beta) and using the "Report a problem" in the beta app? This
will generate a report and send helpful data to the developers for investigation. Let me know if you are able to report this. In the mean-time I will report this to the developers so they are aware this issue is being experienced.

Hi, I ask the thing with the insider build because using beta software can cause these problems.

By the way, the previous link to report the problem can be used if you're using an stable build

Same problem here. It still isn't resolved with the latest build. The last build that accepts the Xbox 360 receiver driver is build 18970. I tried every build afterwards without success.

When connecting the wireless receiver it's shown as unknown device in device manager, which is normal. But when trying to install the driver, you can see it being recognized for a second but then disappears.

I raised the issue via the feedback hub but no response. Microsoft also isn't listing the problem as known issue when releasing a new build.

Microsoft should be more proactive regarding this as I can only presume it's not a hard issue to solve.

Since Steam has reported that the Xbox 360 controller is currently the most used controller on their platform, it is for Microsoft's own benefit to solve this problem ASAP.
